A real family business, you will find it at Saint Pancrace camping, at the top of the district of the same name, placed in the shade of the big oaks, within the owners' agricultural holdings, the main activity of which is cheese making of sheep. The herd is managed in the traditional way, notably with the ancestral practice of transhumance. So at Saint Pancrace campsite, you can find farm cheese, but also all types of quality products such as honey, cold meats, local wine, Corsican beer and other local quality products.
